spinal defects.
Found in fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, &
fortified grain products.
Iron – meat, poultry, fish, dark green leafy
vegetables, enriched grain products
Calcium – builds bones & teeth. Dairy products,
dark green leafy vegetables, calcium fortified
cereals and drinks
