Meet the Wild Turkey
The Ohio wild turkey can stand to 3 to 4 feet tall .It has a slim body and a
long neck. Its head has no feathers. The turkey looks brown, but it is
bronze with red green copper feathers. Male turkeys have a beard.
Females have a bluish head and no beard.

Home Sweet Home
Found in hardwood forest with scattered opening swamps,
mesquite grasslands, ponderosa pine and chaparral. A

Dinnertime
Wild turkeys eat different plants, flowers and berries. They will also eat
