How to find Moorfoot
The Moorfoot building (formerly Manpower Services) is literally located at
the foot of the Moor, with the main entrance in a direct line with the street.
The easiest way to find Moorfoot is to walk down the Moor, cross the road
at the bottom and keep walking between the buildings until you see the
entrance. The approximate location of the entrance is marked on the
image below.
For people coming into the city from outside, it is approximately 20
minutes walk from Sheffield Station.
A free city centre bus (the FreeBee) departs from Stand B4 in Sheffield
Interchange (just across the road from the Station). The FreeBee runs
every 7 minutes and there is a stop at the bottom of the Moor, just
opposite the entrance to Moorfoot.
There is no car parking for staff or visitors at Moorfoot. The nearest public
car park is the APCOA car park on Eyre Street or Atkinsons.
How to get to the Moorfoot Learning Centre
Go to the main reception desk (to the right of the main entrance) and sign
in the Moorfoot Learning Centre book, after which you will be directed to
the Centre which is located on Floor 1.
The Moorfoot Learning Centre Reception staff will then direct you to the
relevant training room(s), Please note there is a restaurant on Floor 2
to buy food/refreshments etc.
At the end of your training course, please sign out at main reception on
leaving the building.
