Protein such as
fish, meat and
lentils help our
body to grow and
repair itself.

Medicines
When we
are feeling
ill,
medicines
can help us
to feel
better.
BUT
We must use medicines properly...
•Only take medicines given to you by an adult you trust.
•Only take the recommended amount.
•Adults need to keep medicines out of reach of children.
•REMEMBER•Medicines can look like sweets-don’t be mistaken.
