Medication Savings Opportunities list to see if the drug manufacturer of your medication offers a savings
program. These saving programs are usually not based on income and are usually offered to everyone. To see if you
can save, refer to the most current Choice Plus Specialty Medication Savings Opportunities list available at
MyPopulytics.com and at Health Spectrum Pharmacy Services (LVH.org/pharmacy).


