DISNEY’S & CAMERON MACKINTOSH’S
MARY POPPINS
You shall incorporate the following credits and comply with all size and other
restrictions.
STANDARD BILLING: For poster, on the title page of all playbills and programs,
and in all billboards, displays and in all other advertising, press release and
any other promotional material, except as otherwise provided below, as
follows:

The billing to you must be in the form specified above, including the words
“Production of” below your billing, which shall be visually contiguous with the
title, all so that the audience is informed that you are the producer. Your
billing shall be no less than 50% of the size of the logo or artwork title, as
measured by the proportion of the average size of your name to the largest
letter in the logo or artwork title.

The name “Disney’s” shall be in plain type font, shall be no more than 33% of
the title, as measured by the proportion of the size of the “D” in “Disney” to
the size of the largest letters in the title, and in no event may you duplicate
the Broadway logo or title nor the logo and title from the Walt Disney film
“Mary Poppins” (the “Film”). You shall submit your logo or artwork title for
approval prior to any public use thereof. The size of the credit to the authors,
P.L. Travers, Walt Disney, Cameron Mackintosh and Disney Theatrical
Productions shall be no less than 50% of the regular title, and if there is no
regular title, then no less than 20% of the logo or artwork title.
PROGRAM BILLING: Notwithstanding the provisions above, the credits to
Cameron Mackintosh and Thomas Schumacher as producers shall only
appear on the title page of the program:

All advertisements and programs and anything that bears or mentions the
name of the Work MUST also bear the names of the writers and composers
and the billing notice attached hereto. The Licensee agrees to supply to the
Licensor full details of all such material for Licensor’s approval prior to printing
and distribution and supply two (2) copies of the program after printing.
COMPULSORY LOGOS:
Productions are required to use the official logo without any modifications
and to include the author billing on all printed matter with the exception of
directory listings. This includes all posters, flyers, programs, advertisements,
web tiles / banners and press releases.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not possible to use your own image/photo of Mary
Poppins. No image/photo other than the one provided with the logo pack
can be featured. (You may wish to save the photo of your cast Mary for
inside the program when the time comes).
All advertising material must be forwarded to Hal Leonard Australia for
approval prior to printing and distribution - either in print or electronically and must adhere to this Billing schedule. As some advertising proofs will
require sign off by the owners, please allow 10 working days for a response to
any material you send through. We ask you to factor this into your timeline.
