Work Experience:
White Pine Ski Resort Director of Technical Services, October 2012 to September 2015.
Maintenance/repair of CTEC fixed grip triple chairlifts, rope tow, also PistenBully PB280DW groomers, Caterpillar front-end
loader, Oshkosh plow truck, skid-steer, mini-excavator, various snowmobiles, ATVs, and other lodge/facility equipment.
Annual training through RMLA, ISAA and SAVMI Conferences, also Peterson Equipment PistenBully Maintenance Course.
Knowledge of ANSI B77.1, annual NDT and other required inspections, dynamic load test, training and supervision of lift
and grooming crews, assisting Ski Patrol with mountain maintenance issues, grooming, implementation of operation and
maintenance logs, vehicle policy and other risk-management concerns, coordination of outside contractors, USFS inspectors.
Stagehand, I.A.T.S.E. Local # 426 Covering venues in Central and Western Wyoming since 2007. Frequent crew boss for
electric/lighting, sound, carpenters, automation, or video. First, and only, ETCP Certified Theatre Rigger in Wyoming.
Pinedale Auditorium Technical Director, 2006 - 2010. This 519 seat proscenium theater has modern sound, lighting, and
rigging which well meets the demands of most tech riders, and provides a safe and creative environment for students. The
facility is used by the school district as well as many community groups, such as the Pinedale Fine Arts Council, so my work
not only involved care and maintenance of the theater, but also training and supervision of student and/or community users.
Pinedale Fine Arts Council Responsible for all aspects of this award-winning non-profit corporation’s business; including
the scheduling and organizing of performances, artist contracting, marketing, financial management, also artist residencies,
grant writing, community outreach activities, sound & lighting production for performances, advertising and graphics design,
and all other business management duties. Executive Director, July 2003 - October 2006.
Pinedale Blues Festival Stage Manager 2004 - 2006. Annual music festival featuring world-class talent like Taj Mahal, Blues
Traveler, Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor. Once rated among top 10 music festivals in the nation.
Cheyenne Area Convention & Visitors Bureau Windows NT network administrator, website maintenance, graphic artist,
PC tech., administrative assistance/research. Also help-desk, phone, and email inquiries. 2002 - 2003
KGWN-TV Director of Wyoming’s highest rated newscast. Daily performance of all production duties involved in the
operation of Wyoming's main CBS affiliate. Multi-channel master control, audio/chyron op, cameras, editing, producing, and
directing the evening newscasts. Production Supervisor, April 1999 - July 2000.
I.A.T.S.E. Denver Theatrical & Stage Employees Union (Local #7). Production of theatre, concerts, trade-shows, and
sporting events, at all major venues in the Denver area. 1995 - 1998. Worked on winter scenes for movie "Switchback".
Colorado Sound Sessions ranging from the lightest of jazz to the hardest of rock, in one of the region’s best 24-track
recording studios. Many excellent engineering credits for prominent regional and national artists. 1989 -1994.
The Illustrator, Inc. Production Technician, Laramie, WY. Various duties included graphic layout, videography, lighting, and
audio for the production of corporate/commercial videotapes. We specialized in the creation of combined print and
electronic media campaigns, Wyoming’s multi-media pioneer! May 1985 - May 1990.
E-Town National Public Radio Series recorded live at the Boulder Theater. Show featured a variety of top national bluegrass
and folk talent, and interviews with people involved in worldwide environmental issues. From it's debut in 1990, until 1994, I
was the on-stage technician in charge of technical details for the recording process.
1994 Regional Emmy Award Audio technician for "High Country Hits", a country-western dance TV show with live
performances by top names in country music. Produced by KUSA-TV and The Grizzly Rose Dance Hall. 1993 - 1995.
Colorado Music Magazine Contributing editor for one of the most successful music publications on the front range.
Interviews, record and concert reviews, and editorial column. 1990 - 1993.
Mountain and Plain Motorcycle News Writer and promotional assistant for monthly motorcycle magazine, focused
