The two of us have organized over 50 Aesthetic Meetings in the US and abroad over the past twenty years. This

Dr. Saltz is President-elect of the
International Society of Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery (ISAPS) and past-President of the
American Society for Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery (ASAPS). He is a diplomat of the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, the
American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of
the American College of Surgeons. He has
chaired over 20 major national/international
meetings including the American-Brazilian
Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM). He practices in
Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah.
Dr. Waldman is the Founder and President
of the Multi-Specialty Foundation, as
well as the Coordinator of the annual
Vegas Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic
Dermatology Symposium. He has co-chaired
39 major medical meetings and serves on
a variety of editorial boards. Dr. Waldman is
a current member of the board of directors
for the American Board of Facial Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Waldman is the
director of Waldman-Schantz Plastic Surgery
in Lexington, Kentucky.

Dr. Mack specializes in facial and eyelid
cosmetic surgery in Tampa, Florida.
He’s a fellow of the American Society of

Paul Nassif, MD
Grant Stevens, MD
Dr. Nassif is a skilled facial plastic and
reconstructive surgeon practicing in
Beverly Hills, California. Known as a
revision and ethnic rhinoplasty specialist,
he’s sought after by patients from around
the world to correct some of the most
complicated cases. Dr. Nassif teaches
residents and colleagues at the USC and
UCLA schools of medicine. Dr Nassif also
appeared as a regular on television shows
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and
“Botched”.
Dr. Stevens is the Medical Director of
Marina Plastic Surgery and The Institute
in Marina del Rey, California. He’s the
Chairman of the USC-Marina Aesthetic
Surgery Fellowship, Director of the USC
Division of Aesthetic Surgery, and a

Dr. Pearlman is the Director at the Center
for Aesthetic Facial Surgery for the New
York Head and Neck Institute, as well as
the Founding President of the New York
Facial Plastic Surgery Society. He is a past
President of the American Academy of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery(AAFPRS).
He’s an attending surgeon at Lenox Hill and
Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospitals.

at Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Goes is the Founder and Scientific
Director of the Brazilian Institute for Cancer
Control. He’s a member of 25 national and
international medical societies, including
the Council of Hospital Israelita Albert
Einstein in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Goes
has authored 105 articles and chapters in
national and international scientific journals
and books. He is Past-President of the
International Society of Aesthetic Plastic

with a very well known practice in Gulf
Shores, Alabama. He is a past President of

Dr. McCollough has trained over 60 fellows
and is perhaps even better known for
his starring role on a national champion
Alabama football team and with the Green
Bay Packers!
Dr. Wu is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
from Singapore. He invented the Woffles Lift,
an innovative non-surgical procedure where
facelifts are performed without excising
any skin. Dr. Wu has also pioneered many
techniques for breast augmentation, including
the STEALTH technique, the FIRMA Breast
procedure, and more.
Heidi Waldorf, MD
Guy Massry, MD
Dr. Waldorf is the Director of Laser and
Cosmetic Dermatology at the Mount Sinai
Medical Center and an Associate Clinical
Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine
in New York City. She’s a respected expert
in the field of dermatology, including skin
rejuvenation and laser technology, as well
as skin cancer prevention and treatment.
Dr. Massry practices oculoplastic surgery
in Beverly Hills, California. Born in Israel
and raised in Los Angeles, he completed
ophthalmology and ophthalmic plastic
surgery training in St. Louis and New York.
Dr. Massry is a fellowship co-preceptor for
an AAFPRS-approved facial plastic surgery
fellowship, and he has published over 75
manuscripts.

Dr. Richter is the Director and Department
Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
at Dreifaltigkeits Hospital and an Associate Professor for Plastic Surgery at the
University Bonn in Wesseling, Germany. He
focuses on body-contouring after massive
weight loss, face and periorbital rejuvenation, and endocrine orbitopathy treatment
for Graves patients. He is Vice-President of
the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery (ISAPS).

Dr. Pozner is certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery. He earned his medical
degree and completed general surgery training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr.

Plastic and Aesthetic Surgical Center of
Maryland. Dr. Pozner is a long time member
of the advisory committee for the Vegas

Dr. Bucay is a Board Certified dermatologist
with a private practice in San Antonio, Texas. She also serves on the volunteer faculty
as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the
Department of Physician Assistant studies
at the University of Texas Health Science
Center. Dr. Bucay is actively involved in
Respite Care, an organization that provides
ongoing medical care for abused and neglected children.
Dr. Campiglio practices plastic surgery
in Milan, Italy. He’s the secretary of the
International Society for Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery, founding member of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, member
of the Italian Society of Reconstructive and

Dr. Dayan is a facial plastic surgeon, professor, and researcher. As a founder of a medical research company, a medical marketing
company, a skin care training center, and
a medical education company, he remains
on the cutting edge of aesthetic products,
thinking, and education. Dr. Dayan serves
on committees for AAFPRS, IMCAS, and
Vegas Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic
Dermatology Symposium.
Dr. Cerkes founded the Cosmed Aesthetic
Plastic Surgery Center in Istanbul, Turkey
and focuses on rhinoplasty procedures in
his private practice. He’s the Vice President
of ISAPS and the Rhinoplasty Society of
Europe. Dr. Cerkes is an Editorial Board
member of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Plastic
Reconstructive Surgery, and Aesthetic
Surgery Journal.

Dr. Chatham is a facial plastic surgeon with
offices in Louisville, Kentucky and New Albany,
Indiana. Dr. Chatham is a past President of
the AAFPRS and the long time co-chair for the
Vegas Cosmetic Surgery Symposium. He’s certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic
& Reconstructive Surgery and the American
Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Chatham participates in the volunteer program “Face-to-Face”

Dr. DeLorenzi has owned and operated a
fully accredited outpatient surgicenter (DeLorenzi Clinic) since 1990, as well as a laser
medispa (Silhouette Cosmetic Laser Clinic)
since 1995. He’s the Founding President
of the Canadian Laser Aesthetic Surgery

Target Audience:
This acitivity has been designed to meet the educational needs of those Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and
Oculoplastic Surgery and Allied Health Professionals working directly with one of those specialists.
Learning Goal / Purpose:
The purpose of this activity is to build bridges of educational cooperation between the different core specialists involved in the treatment of the aesthetic patient. This is
particularly important as we expand this mission to other parts of the world by inviting lecturers from around the globe to participate.
Educational Objectives:
At the conclusion of this symposium, the participant should be better able to:
• Compare options for minimally invasive facial rejuvenation through the use of fillers, injectables, lasers and other skin tightening devices, and minimally invasive lifting
techniques.
• Assess best practices for choosing which patients might be the best candidates for non–invasive approaches to facial rejuvenation and which might benefit most from
surgical rejuvenation.
• Demonstrate an improved understanding of how to avoid the common problems in rhinoplasty.
• Differentiate the various approaches to blepharoplasty and browlifting to determine which technique is best suited for each patient.
• Assess controversial topics in facial aesthetic surgery in order to make more informed decisions about patient outcomes.
