Marketing Manager
Arteriors Home is an award-winning home furnishings company based in Dallas, Texas, with showrooms around
the country. This position will oversee all aspects of Arteriors’ marketing programs, company communications,
and SEO/SEM. You will champion appropriate marketing strategies and oversee the tactical execution. The
individual should be a strategic thinker adept at adding values to Arteriors’ many different sales channels, and
understand value-added content and on-strategy messaging creation well. The role will provide planning and
execution leadership to the Arteriors team by working with internal team members and external parties to identify
customer adoption and grow the marketshare of Arteriors’ products. The Marketing Manager will execute the
company’s marketing efforts for all of Arteriors brands: Arteriors Home, Arteriors Contract, Arteriors Too, our
showroom locations, and Mottega. This position would report to the EVP of Sales/Marketing. Arteriors markets
aggressively across traditional print media, social media, via e-mail, via direct mail and its industry-leading website. We are looking solely at candidates who have a rare mix of creative ideation capabilities, seasoned project
management skills, strong sense of style/aesthetic, and ability to efficiently get work done through others.
Key Responsibilities














Establishes, implements, and manages a company-wide go-to-market strategy.
Project manages collateral development projects and manages relationships with outside printing
partners, including management of large production efforts that are 300+ pages.
Design, execution and measurement of lead generation programs in support of the sales team, including
but not limited to web events, advertising/media buying, email and other direct response marketing
vehicles, social media, copywriting, etc.
Evaluation and assessment of potential media buying opportunities, in conjunction with outside NY-based
PR Agency
Assist with the creation of collateral and sales tools as well as effective collaboration with product
development, field sales, PR agency, Outsourced Social Media Community Management company, and
other internal/external groups as necessary.
Performs Trade show and conference management to ensure optimal company and solution
representation.
Maintains timely execution of the Arteriors e-blast program with associated website and blog.
Work in conjunction with Digital Marketing Manager to assist with web content strategy, blog strategy,
and in formulating social network strategic direction and brand monitoring efforts
Heavily involved in sourcing and managing of digital assets/content such as trend content, how-to videos,
product videos, blog content, etc.
Provide oversight and coordination to outside bloggers and content contributors
Establishes a marketing calendar in conjunction with the sales department and product development
team which details marketing activities for the fiscal year.
Facilitates market, consumer, employee and field sales representative surveys; as well as regional
customer focus groups.
Oversee company’s direct mail campaigns, including measuring campaign effectiveness.
Builds trust, values others, communicates effectively, delivers execution, fosters innovation, focuses on
the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity
Qualifications


Preferred candidates would have 5 years marketing experience minimum, with at least 2 years managing
others.
BA in Marketing or Business required.












Very strong project management skills required.
Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, marketing expense budgeting, expense control and
branding is required.
Demonstrable examples of inventiveness/marketing tactic ideation is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong technology leverage experience and technical aptitude, excellent Powerpoint skills required.
Experience with Adobe-based creative suite of software a plus.
Ability to self-start, operate under pressure, and multi-task required.
Has strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective understanding of latest technologies and identify how to apply them in marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills, and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
Proactively establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
Experience with Luxury branding and marketing preferred; as a strong sense of style very important to
success of role
