Important Things to Remember:
 Need to know definitions, be able to explain each term, and draw a diagram of each term
 Use the distance formula and midpoint formula
 Use basic algebra to find segment and angle bisectors
 Use basic algebra to identify lengths on a line segment
 Identify all types of angle relationships (i.e linear pair vertical angles, etc.)
 Use basic algebra to figure out complementary and supplementary angles
 Find perimeter, circumference and area of figures (including figures that may have more than one
figure as part of its make-up)
For extra practice as we progress through each section of Chapter 1, you can try the review exercises on
pg. 60-62 (# 1-33) to help you understand the material that will be on the test.
