WB-35/SOX/DT Flux- und Oberflächentechnik GmbH Eltviller Landstr. 22, 65346 Eltville, Germany Tel.: +49 (0)6123-7046-0 Fax: +49 (0)6123-7046-15 www.emilotto.de Cat. no. 2125 WB-35/SP Cat. no. 2136 Aqueous, low solids flux for wave soldering with halogen free activators and resin free (WEEE/RoHS conformant) DIN EN 61190-1-1: (IEC OR/LO) or type 2.1.3.A under ISO 9454 Aqueous, low solids flux for wave soldering (low VOC) with halogen free activators and resin free. (WEEE/RoHS conformant) DIN EN 61190-1-1: (IEC OR/LO) or type 2.1.3.A under ISO 9454 WB-35/SOX/DT has a high activity and is characterized by outstanding wetting properties. The flux is particularly suited to treating circuit boards of variable quality in terms of solderability. Application is by using a spray fluxer. WB-35/SP exhibits high activity and delivers outstanding wetting properties which are achieved due to our specially developed special combination of carrier substances. This flux is also well suited to treat circuit boards of variable soldering quality. Application is by using a spray fluxer. Liters WB-30/EK-1405 Ecological Flux for Electronics Production Our customers have repeatedly expressed the need for ecological and sustainable products, normally during the course of customer specific flux development. As a Company orientated and totally committed to sustainability and customer requirements, we have expanded our research and development work and focused on the formulation and production of organic fluxes. Our aim was not just to develop an ecological range of products, but also an environmentally compatible production combined with simplified cost effective transport and storage. Our Green Line products are water based and thus completely biodegradable. Furthermore, they do not fall into the hazardous goods class and thus can be transported and stored in the conventional manner. This simple conventional transportation and storage represents a considerable added value advantage for our customers. Products within the Green Line range, contain fluxes for both selective and wave soldering, and all our fluxes can be used on commercially available production systems. Your soldering results will correspond to those currently achieved with alcohol based fluxes, and a switch to an ecological water based flux is possible for you with some ease. We‘ll gladly support you during this changeover and help you to find the right product for your sustainable, cost saving, environmentally friendly production Cat. no. 2106 Aqueous, low solids flux for wave soldering with halogen free activators and low resin content. (WEEE/RoHS conformant) DIN EN 61190-1-1: (IEC OR/LO) or type 2.1.3.A under ISO 9454 WB-30/EK-1405 was developed for use on wave soldering machines and has a relatively high activity level. The low resin content ensures a protective covering for the flux residues thereby positively enhancing the surface resistance results. Application is by using a spray fluxer. WB-30/EK-1401 was developed primarily for use on wave soldering machines and has a relatively high activity level. Practice has shown that with correct application, the washing / cleaning of circuit boards soldered with this flux can be largely dispensed with due to the very low solids content giving the assembled board a very good cosmetic appearance after soldering. This low resin content also ensures a protective covering for the flux residues thereby positively enhancing the surface resistance results. Application is by using a spray fluxer. WB-35/SOX has a high activity level and this flux is well suited to treat circuit boards of variable soldering quality. Live production has shown that with the correct application, washing / cleaning of circuit boards soldered with this flux can be largely dispensed with due to the very low solids content and cosmetic appearance of the assembled board. Application is by using a spray fluxer.
