The Richland County Community Alternative Center is used by the following Common Pleas and
Municipal Courts/Counties/Judges for referrals for sentencing offenders (for misdemeanor and
minor felony offenses) to our jail alternative program and certified drug and alcohol treatment.
All of them seem quite pleased to use this unique program as a jail sentencing and/or drug and
alcohol treatment option.






