PENGARUH KADAR AVICEL PH 102 SEBAGAIBAHAN PENGHANCUR
TERHADAP SIFAT FISIK TABLET LING ZHI (Ganoderma lucidum)
YANG DIBUAT DENGAN METODE GRANULASIBASAH
INTISARI
Jamur ling zhi {Ganoderma lucidum) menipakan salah satu jenis tiimbuhan
jamur yang dapat digiraakan sebagai bahan obat yang ungggul dalam ramuan obat.
Jamur ini memiliki khasiat baik untuk kesehatan, antara lain: meningkatican daya
tahan tubuh, melawan kanker dan tumor, menunmkan kadar kolesterol dalam darah
dan raempunyai daya penawar racun. Pada lunumya raasyarakat mengkonsumsi ling
zhi dalam bentuk rebusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar
avicel PH 102 sebagai bahan penghancur terhadap sifat fisik tablet Ling zhi yang
dibuat dengan metode granulasi basah. Tablet dibuat tiga formula dengan kadar
Avicel PH 102 yang berbeda-beda, yaitu: 5% (formula 1); 7,5% (formula 2); 10%
(formula 3). Granul dilakukan uji sifat fisik meliputi waktu alir dan densitas.
Kemudian tablet diuji sifat fisiknya yaitu dengan menguji keseragaman bobot,
kekerasan, kerapuhan, dan waktu hancur dari tablet ling zhi. Setelah dianalisis dengan
pendekatan teoritis maka hasil yang diperoleh infuse ling zhi dapat dibuat tablet
dengan menggunakan metode granulasi basah dan uji sifat fisik tabletnya telali
memenulii persyaratan berdasarkan Farmakope Indonesia. Kemudian dianalisis
secara statistik dan didapatkan adanya perbeda^ waktu hancur yang bermakna dari
berbagai fommla tersebut.
Kata kunci: Ganoderma lucidum, infosa, kadar Avicel PH 102, granulasi basali, sifat
fisik granul dan tablet.

NATURE OF PHYSICAL TABLETS LING ZHI {Ganoderma lucidum)
MADE WITH THE WET METHOD GRANULATION
ABSTRACT
Representing one type of mushroom plant able to be used as a preeminent
drug material in drug ingredient mushroom of Ling zhi (Ganoderma lucidum). These
mushrooms have the benefit for the health, for example: improving body endurance,
against of cancer and tumor, degrading cholesterol rate in blood and have the toxic
antidote. In general society consume the ling zhi in the form of infusion. Upon which
destroyer to nature of physical of tablet of Ling zhi made with the wet method
granulation this research aim to know the influence of rate of avicel PH 102. Tablet
made by three formula with the rate of Avicel PH which different each other, that is:
5% (formula 1); 7,5% (formula 2); 10% (formula 3). Granule conducted by test of is
nature of physical flamobility tester and densities. Then tablet tested by the nature of
its physical tliat is with testing equality weight, liardness, friability tester, and
disintegrtion from tablet of ling zhi. After analyzed with the theoretical approach
hence result obtained by infuse ling zhi can be made tablet by using wet method
granulation and test tlie nature of its tablet physical have fxilfilled the conditions of
pursuant to Indonesia Pharmacopoeia. Is later; then analyzed statistically and got by
the existence of disintegrtion to pieces having a meaning from various the formula.
