In the course of the growth and development of our market position we would like to
further reinforce our corporate quality management team. We are therefore looking
for a committed and motivated
QA-System-Manager (f/m)
In this challenging position the major tasks are
Establishment, development and maintenance of the Quality Management
System (QMS);
Analysis and optimization of cross-functional business processes (QA-,
management- and support processes) in cooperation with other functions;
Writing corporate quality directives and instructions;
Leading quality improvement projects
Implementation of quality-risk-management principles;
Establishment of a GxP-training concept and integration into QMS;
The minimum educational requirement for this interesting position is a PhD in
chemistry, pharmacy, biology or another life science. In addition, you have
experiences in project management and at least 3-5 years of pharmaceutical
industry experience either in quality assurance or in quality management system
implementation, preferred if gained in an international environment.
You have a highly analytical and process-oriented mindset, combined with the
capability of understanding complex situations and processes. You have the ability
to re-engineer such processes and to enforce quality in the organization.
Excellent technical writing skills are a must for this position. Other skills should
include excellent written and spoken knowledge of German and English. Familiarity
with MS Office, project management and statistics software, e.g. minitab are an
asset.
