Redilco Group signed a lease contract for the Kaos Hotel with Blu Hotels
Milan, 1st February 2012 – Redilco Group, through its subsidiary Iniziative Turistiche
Siciliane S.r.l. signed a lease contract for the Kaos Hotel, in Agrigento, with Blu
Hotels, a leading company in the Italian tourism industry. The new management will
be working from the 1st of February 2012.
The Hotel, located few kilometers far from The Valley of the Temples and belonged to
an important family of Agrigento, is the result of the conservative restoration of an
ancient villa. The structure has more than 100 rooms, is immersed in the green, in a
unique natural scenery and is an oasis of relaxation and well –being, able to provide
high quality services of a four – star hotel.
With this acquisition Blu Hotels Group reached the ranking’s top of lodging chains
with 3,019 rooms placed in 25 structures, located in the main Italian touristic seaside,
mountainside and lakeside locations. The Group, in Sicily since 2010 with the Blu
Hotel Portorosa, consolidates its positioning in the Sicilian market, one of most
attractive for the international demand.
