– Include GPS fields
– Make the GPS fields required for after the reporting year 2011.

– Add long building name. Display this long name on SPCSR1-3 and
SPOPS-1.
– Lift the restriction for Effective Building Year not to be mandatory .
– Allow minimum value of Effective Building Year to be 1700 and not 1900.

– SOD ‘AC’ and Subsystem ‘GC’. When Yes, the External Condition codes
on GOPS-21 are used

• SPCOPY-4: Produce a report at the end of SPCOPY4 where data exist
