Dr. Fabien Depardieu, Specialist Orthodontist

Where did you study?
I originally attended medical school at the University of Tours. I then became interested
in Dentistry and went on to study dental surgery at the University of Montpellier later specializing
in clinical studies in Orthodontics at the University of Paris. I further qualified for a postgraduate
certificate in Dental Surgery, Dental Biomaterials, Dentofacial Orthopaedics and Orthodontics.

What was your incentive for becoming a Specialist Orthodontist?
I knew from the beginning of dental school that I wanted to specialise in Orthodontics. It has
allowed me to transform a patient’s complete smile and I am able to see the patient through this
journey from start to finish.

How many years have you been working in your field?
I worked 6 years as general dentist and have been in Orthodontics for 6 years so far.

Why did you choose to work at Dr Roze & Associates?
I chose to join DRA because it is a state-of-the-art clinic with a highly professional multidisciplinary team of dental specialists. The practice is dedicated to the overall care of each
individual patient allowing me to provide the best care for my patients in the exceptional
environment at the clinic.

Tell us about your accreditations?
I am a member of the French, Italian and British Orthodontic Societies. I am also a member of
the American Association of Orthodontics and a fellow member of the World Society of
Orthodontics. I am a certified provider of Incognito© lingual braces and Invisalign© clear aligners.

What is the most satisfying party of your job?
I enjoy when I can create Orthodontics that transform a patient’s smile and he/she gets the most
desired results. This is an extremely fulfilling aspect of my field as a person’s smile impacts his or
her overall confidence and well-being.

If you weren’t an Orthodontist, what would you be?
I would never wish to change my profession, but if I ever needed to I would be an Architect, a
profession where you can join art and science together.
