CREATING SLIDES
Keep the design basic and simple
Choose a font that is easy to read
Carefully select font sizes for headers and text
Decorate scarcely but well
Do not let the slide design restrict your message
BE CONSISTENT
Use the same font and sizes on all slides
Match colors throughout presentation
Use contrast
 White background with black text is best
 Make sure color choices are easy on the eyes

ADDING A HYPERLINK
 Create a hyperlink to a page or file on the Web
 In Normal view, select the text or the object that you want to use as a
hyperlink.
 On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink.
 Under Link to, click Existing File or Web Page, and then click
Browse the Web .
 Locate and select the page or file that you want to link to, and then click
OK.
