Luke Howard
Luke Howard is a Building Science Specialist with Washington State University
Extension Energy Program with both an academic and professional background in
sustainable building and building science. For the last 6 years Luke has worked closely
with several custom, industrial and non-profit builders providing design consultation,
building performance evaluation and project management. Currently, Luke provides
technical assistance and support to several Energy Program projects including, Building
America, Northwest Energy Star and the Washington State Energy Code development
and technical assistance. Luke is a RESNET certified HERS Rater QA Designee/Trainer
and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor through the National Sustainable Building
Advisors Program (NaSBAP).
