Due to this, a small voltage reserve was considered, when the L-force AC motors MF were designed. – This voltage reserve may also be used for acceleration up to nominal speed (as for a classical servo motor). – Depending on the motor type, the nominal voltage of the MF-motors varies by a few volts. Cause: The wire number of the motor winding was choosen that the motor will be utilized at the best. This results in an optimal efficiency. 19 Lenze MF Inverter Motor Lenze Inverter Motor L-force Optimized FAQ ƒ Why has the permissible torque to be reduced below 20Hz? – Below 20Hz, the motor and blower speed is so low, that the motor cooling has to be reduced. – To use the full nominal torque below 20Hz, a seperate fan may be used (available as an option). 20 Lenze MF Inverter Motor Lenze Inverter Motor L-force Optimized Compactness + Wide speed setting range = Standardizing ƒ With the wide speed setting range of 1:24, many applications with different speeds can be solved by one geared motor-variant. ƒ By using a frequency inverter, the speed can be adjusted to the application exactly. Several different gear ratios are not necessary anymore. ƒ The wide speed setting range results in standardizing.
