Access Public Folders Through Outlook Web App We will use public folders within Healthmail to indicate the contact lists available for hospitals and PCTs. Here is how to set up these public folders. In Mail, right click on Favorites and select “add public folder” In the Dialogue box, expand the “Healthmail – External Address Lists” tree, and select the contact list required. Repeat for other contacts lists Within the Hospital Contacts folder we will also provide a list of hospitals and health agencies securely connected to Healthmail.
