It is necessary for a New Orleans Opera Association Technical Supervisor to accompany rental scenery to
all load-ins, set-ups, strike & load-outs. The cost of the supervisor is the responsibility of the renting
company. These costs include:
A daily fee and per diem, including travel days
Round Trip Air Fare and Hotel Accommodations
Transportation to/from Airport
There is also a set designer fee requirement.
Load-In/Load-Out:
A warehouse deposit and 30 days notice are required for loading the set.

Should cancellation of this agreement occur on the part of the Using Company, only 75% of the rental fee
shall be refunded.
