Albany Barn, Inc offers two event and programming spaces for rental and use by the public. Stage 1
Gallery is a 1,700 sq. ft. double storefront located at 46-48 N. Swan Street. The Barn, located at 56
Second Street, boasts more than 2,700 sq. ft of event and programming space including a stage for
performances. Interested parties should complete this application and return by e-mail or in person to
the address above. All event proposals require a minimum of 30 day advance notice in order to be
considered and are not considered valid without express written approval of Albany Barn staff or
directors.
