General Description
Features
The DS55122 is a triple line receiver designed for digital data
transmission with line impedances from 50Ω to 500Ω. Each
receiver has one input with built-in hysteresis which provides
a large noise margin. The other inputs on each receiver are
in a standard TTL configuration. The DS55122 is compatible
with standard TTL logic and supply voltage levels.

Note 4: “Absolute Maximum Ratings” are those values beyond which the safety of the device cannot be guaranteed. Except for “Operating Temperature Range” they
are not meant to imply that the devices should be operated at these limits. The table of “Electrical Characteristics” provides conditions for actual device operation.
Note 5: All currents into device pins are shown as positive, currents out of device pins shown as negative, all voltage values are referenced with respect to network
ground terminal, unless otherwise noted. All values shown as max or min on absolute value basis.
Note 6: Min/max limits apply across the guaranteed operating temperature range of −55˚C to +125˚C for DS55122 and 0˚C to +75˚C for DS75122, unless otherwise
specified. Typicals are for VCC = 5.0V, TA = 25˚C. Positive current is defined as current into the referenced pin.
Note 7: The output voltage and current limits are guaranteed for any appropriate combination of high and low inputs specified by the truth table for the desired output.
Note 8: Not more than one output should be shorted at a time.
Note 9: Hysteresis is the difference between the positive going input threshold voltage, VT+, and the negative going input threshold voltage, VT−.
Note 10: Receiver input was at a high level immediately before being reduced to 1.45V.
Note 11: Receiver input was at a low level immediately before being raised to 1.45V.
