Combined Hip and Knee: Flexion and
Extension
(A) Initiating and (B) completing combined hip and knee flexion.
Hip: Extension (Hyperextension)
Hip extension with the patient side-lying
Elongation of the Two-Joint
Hamstring
Muscle Group
ROM to the hamstring muscle group
Elongation of the Two-Joint Rectus
Femoris Muscle
