Objective 1) An understanding of basic electrical wiring, measurements, and methods
Outcomes
1. Students are able to construct circuits on a breadboard.
2. Students are able to measure resistance using an ohmmeter.
3. Students are able to measure voltage (AC/DC) using a DMM.
4. Students are able to measure current (AC/DC) using a DMM.
5. Students are able to measure frequency, voltage peaks, and phase difference with an
oscilloscope.
6. Students are able to measure electrical quantities in a grounded circuit with a grounded
oscilloscope probe.
7. Students are able to measure power using a wattmeter.
