with cancer are eligible to register and utilize the free service(s) available listed on the site
including the set up and usage of their personal web day timer. There is no fee for joining,
though membership to the service is contingent upon (a) registered indeed has been diagnosed
with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment and (b) the service is available to them
for 5 months from when they first register. If at any point the registered is found not to be a
cancer patient and their registration is fraudulent, floydwarriors.com will automatically cancel
membership. The personalized day timer system powered by mhsoftware.com is only intended
for family and loved ones to volunteer time, products, services for cancer patients. Any other
usage of the day timer system (personal use, business) will automatically revoke membership.
Under these conditions, any person(s) utilizing the website has access to all services listed.
Floydwarriors.com by no way is responsible for any of the services offered, how they are
rendered and if they are deemed satisfactory by the recipient. Floydwarriors.com is simply a
warehouse of sorts listing services that seem beneficial to the cancer community. If there is a
service listed that is not suitable or the products/services they offer do not meet expectations of
the registered, a complaint may be sent in to floydwarriors.com, but this does not mean that
service will necessarily be removed from the site. It will be up to the discretion of
floydwarriors.com as to what services/products are listed and for how long.
This website is a free service meant to aid persons undergoing cancer treatment and
chemotherapy and floydwarriors.com simply cannot be held responsible for any damages or
injury as a result of choosing to use an affiliated organization recommended by
floydwarriors.com. Any and all services and arrangements must be between the two parties
(registered and affiliated organization) and by no means will floydwarriors.com be responsible
for any agreements made between the two.

difficult time and these Terms and Conditions are merely to cover any and all unexpected issues
that may result from one utilizing the website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the
undersigned is relieving floydwarriors.com from any and all liability using this web service.
Sponsorships are available to purchase and the length of advertising is one entire year from the
date of sponsorship. Floydwarriors.com has the right to revoke any sponsors who during the
course of the year, the nature of their business changes in a manner by which the product/service
that sponsor offers is not a product/service floydwarriors.com deems appropriate to advertise on
the site. Any sponsorship monies collected are completely non-refundable in this circumstance.
