ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Results of my study on uranium speciation, bioavailability and uptake in Atlantic salmon (2015) could be used
as input factor for the influence of pH as part of developing an acute Biotic Ligand Model for U toxicity in fish.

Results from Lake Barombi Mbo study (2012) could provide historical data for monitoring and ecological risk
assessment.

Handling (freeze drying, weighing), digestion (UltraClave High Performance Microwave Digestion) and
dilution of soil samples for multielement analysis on ICP-MS.

Counting of Atlantic salmon fish eggs and alevins from different female groups exposed to varying
concentrations of cadmium, uranium and gamma radiation to inspect for recovery and other end points e.g.,
mortality.

