Place and date of birth: Daylia province 7/12/1978.
Social status: Married with 1 girl and 3 boys.
Education:1. 2001 get bachelors in vet medicine and surgery from university of Baghdad
(BVMS).
2. 2004 get Diploma of science in pathology and poultry disease from Baghdad
collage the title of research is: the importance of probiotics in poultry
dietary.
3. 2010 get Master of Science in poultry disease from Baghdad collage the title
of thesis: Evaluation of vaccination program to infectious bronchitis disease.
4. 2015 get Doctor of Philosophy in Poultry Disease from Baghdad collage the
title of thesis: effect of probiotics and immune modulators on immune
response of Newcastle disease to E. coli
Professional information: 2003 open vet clinic in Baghba city.
 Management the large poultry field in Daylia from 2001-2007 like AL-Kalas
and Ghalibia project for parent and layer production.
