A strong, reliable denture base is essential to support
prosthetic teeth. Our range of denture base polymers
has been designed to offer excellent handling
properties and working time without compromising
strength and durability.
With precisely controlled particle size, our PMMAbased acrylic resins offer superior impact resistance,
low residual monomer, outstanding aesthetics and no
porosity.
 Colacryl® D80FC is a fine, free-flowing denture base
polymer with low residual peroxide, which can be
fast or slow cured to create high clarity, porosity
free dentures.
Colacryl® and Lucite® solutions
backed by experience
We also supply auto-polymerizing materials for denture
repairs and relines, with a range of curing options.
These provide a tough, durable bond with fast cure
times and superb handling qualities.
 Colacryl® D1-120 is our standard product for
pourable denture repair and relines, with a cure
time of approx. 20 minutes.
 Colacryl® TS2027 can be used for repairs, relines
and additions to existing dentures. It produces a

acceptance.
high clarity prosthesis and sets after a curing cycle
of around 15 minutes.
 Colacryl® TS2073 can be free-dosed with no
yellowing or gypsum effect, and can be used for
repairs, relines and full or partial dentures.

High molecular weight for outstanding
strength and aesthetics
Our Colacryl® brand tooth polymers are characterized
by close control of particle size, with free-flowing
microscopic acrylic beads which rapidly absorb dental
liquid.
 Colacryl® D150 is our standard tooth polymer. It has
a high molecular weight and offers outstanding
strength.
 Colacryl® TS1890 offers extended dough time with
easy mixing and low residual peroxide.
 Colacryl® TS2198 has an extra-fine particle size
allowing faster absorption and time saving.

With medium to high molecular weights, and no
porosity, our acrylics allow the manufacture of hardwearing dental prosthetics with perfect fit. A range of
curing times and no slumping allows additional
flexibility.
 Colacryl® TS1672 and Colacryl® TS1794/2 are
designed for orthodontic applications, with
excellent slump resistance, clarity and pigment
compatibility.
In order to modify performance or handling
characteristics we also offer a range of products to:
 Shorten the dough time of denture base
 Shorten the setting time of repairs
 Increase tooth hardness
