Call for Papers
Techno India College of Technology is going to arrange its 1st Technical International Conference CREATE 2016 with the
technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Kolkata Section on 25th to 27th February, 2016, in the institution premises.
Original unpublished contributions are solicited for presentation at the 1st International Conference for the Research on
Emerging Applications in Technology and Engineering, 2016 (CREATE 2016). Papers cannot be submitted in parallel to
any other conference or journal. The topics of interest include but are not limited to:

Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit unpublished, original work written in English. Electronic version of the paper must be
submitted only in pdf and no other format will be accepted. The papers should be prepared following the IEEE 8.5" x 11"
(US Letter Size) two column format and strictly limited to 6 pages (upto 2 extra pages is permitted with extra page
charges payable at the time of registration).
Avoid plagiarism while preparing the paper.
The authors must avoid plagiarism while preparing the camera-ready paper. Simultaneous submission of same paper or
submission of published or submitted paper with considerable overlap is strictly prohibited.

Instructions for the Authors





All papers will undergo double-blind review process.
Names and Affiliations of the authors must NOT be included anywhere in the paper during the initial submission.
For the double-blind review purpose, self-references are NOT allowed. If the author needs to refer his/her own
paper the reference MUST be made in third person.
Any attempt to reveal author details at the time of initial submission may lead to rejection of the paper
without further processing.
Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that at least one author registers as early bird at full registration
rate and present the paper at the conference.


