Service Name: ActivIdentity AAA Installation
Service Part Number: “AAA-AC-INST-1”
1. Description of Service
The service includes installation of a single ActivIdentity AAA Server on Windows 2000 or
2003 Server and integration with an existing LDAP user directory.
2. DNS Arrow Professional Services Responsibilities
Install ActivIdentity AAA Server on Windows 2000 or 2003 Server
Install the Microsoft MSDE database engine or configure the installation to use an existing
SQL database server.
Install AAA Management console and database
Configure AAA server to retrieve user and group details from a supported LDAP directory
Import and assign a single token.
Test AAA authentication using ActivIdentity’s provided Radius client test tool.
Provide education on token assignment and management.
Provide advice on integration with common authentication gateways.
Provide Build Documentation for AAA solution
3. Customer Responsibilities
Provide a server platform installed with Windows 2000 or 2003 Server*
Provide either direct or Terminal Services access to the AAA Server for console access.
Alternatively a second Windows XP/2000/2003 platform with network access to the
server can be used.
Provide details of a user account with read/write access to the LDAP directory.
Provide physical access for DNS Arrow Professional Services personnel to the location
where the Server is to be installed.
Ensure that all hosts are at a supported operating system revision and patch level.
Ensure that all hardware, firmware and software are available on-site.
Ensure all relevant Personnel and resources are available to enable completion of tasks
and activities in a timely manner.
Assign a single point of contact to which any issues may be addressed.
Responsibility for all data backup and restore operations.
4. Delivery Schedule
This Statement of Work has been based on DNS Arrow Professional Services’s normal
working hours of 09.00 to 17.00 hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The
customer shall allow DNS Arrow Professional Services to work in a contiguous manner,
except where we agree otherwise at or before the time of delivery.

5. Services Excluded From Delivery
Installation of databases other than the bundled Microsoft MSDE database engine. Where
another compatible database server exists, it may be used to host the two ActivIdentity
AAA databases.
Installation and configuration of LDAP directory servers.
Integration with NAS devices, 802.1x gateways and web servers which will function as
clients to the AAA server.
Tasks, activities or roles for which the customer's personnel are responsible.
Unconditional guarantees of improved performance.
Hardware or software not directly associated with this Service.
Should support outside the scope of the Service be required for example as a result of
hardware or software faults and as a result we incur additional costs, you will reimburse
DNS Arrow Professional Services for these costs.
6. Service Delivery Completion
This DNS Arrow Professional Services service will be deemed complete when DNS Arrow
Professional Services have: A. Customer signed Acceptance Form detailing tasks completed within the
Service.
B. The Customer Documentation is provided.
