the three categories of BIC

Working closely with sales within B2B stationery channel, devised and implemented a special
channel optimized marketing action plan resulting in average sales increase of +4pts across top 3
customers, resting the decline observed in previous years.

Worked closely with Woolworths to design 2015 BTS (Back to School) activities- above the line


Looking after the business development and brand building within the Pacific Island (Fiji & PNG),
created a long term and mid-term action plan recording BIC’s highest growth in the region in all 3
categories.

As a part of the Pacific Islands action plan, designed the BIC’s education program in PNG conducted
on the largest scale ever, along with changing the marketing approach to meet the needs of the
existing traditional retail channel compared to the modern retail in Australia.

Market Research: Aided BIC global to create and conduct a large scale market research in India,
conducted multiple focus groups for shavers and stationery category with the help of research
agency.
