Aqua Zumba® Fri @ 8:00am – Lisa Cowen
A fun way to end the week as a continuation of our MW Water Aerobics class! Take your dance moves from Zumba
and bring them to the water as you get a full-body workout while enjoying up-tempo music and excitement.
Back to School Burn (Tues/Thurs @ 5:45am – Leah Lanam)
Blast away calories with a weight training program that works upper and lower body. Intense 45 minute workout
with weights that will focus on all major muscle groups. The class begins with a short warm-up and ends with 10
minutes of abs.
Beach Body Series – INSANITY® (Thurs @ 5:15pm; Sat @ 10:00am – Anna Every)
INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with
athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or
weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
Beach Body Series - PiYo™ (Tues @ 5:15pm; Sat @ 9:00am – Lisa Cowen)
Low-impact, high-intensity total body program. It uses the most effective Pilates and Yoga inspired moves set to
fast paced, fun music to help burn fat and sculpt long, lean muscles. PiYo™ is for both men and women who want
the results of an extreme program without the jumps, weights, or joint strain.
Cardio & Tone (Thurs @ 10:00am – Anna Every)
This class uses dumbbells, kettle bells, and bands to target every muscle group. The addition of cardio makes this a
complete workout!

This great cardio journey uses stationary bikes. You will jump, climb, and sprint your way to great health while
listening to motivational music. This is interval training at its best.
Pilates-Style Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:00am – Amy Hinkley
Mon/Fri: 8:15am – Ann Saneholtz
Low-impact exercise and stretching designed to tone and lengthen the muscles. Includes constant core
engagement.
Restorative Yoga (Wed @ 8:15am – Kelly Kobelak)
This class involves gentle stretches and mind/body awareness. Some challenging poses are incorporated to
promote strength and balance. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.
Step it up (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 8:15 – Cindy Kaczmarczyk)
A variety of consistent body/muscle mass movements that incorporates a bench apparatus and the floor, to
achieve a cardio/fat burning workout. This class is held in the gym to allow for a more free range of movement.
You create new brain cells-the eyes that signal to the brain which makes that body move into steps that you can
take to the dance floor, all in a group environment.
Strength & Cardio Circuit (Tues @ 10:00am – Anna Every)
This class mixes thirty seconds of cardio with thirty seconds of weights. Throw in abdominal exercises every two
minutes and this class offers a full body workout.
Strength & Cardio Conditioning (Mon/Wed @ 5:15pm – Shawn Snyder)
A hybrid interval class involving resistance training, core training, and cardiovascular training.
Tone (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 9:00am - Cindy Kaczmarczyk)
A variety of repeating activity that tone the arms, legs, abs, back and glute muscles through the use of your own
body weight, hand weights, bands and/or balls. This class will engage your fast-twitch muscle fibers. Core
isometrics, body balance, and heart conditioning will be used as well. Your heart rate increase with easy-to-follow
exercises, followed by a recovery period where your heart will drop back down.
Warm Water Aerobics (Mon/Wed/Fri @ noon) – TBD
This class, like water aerobics, uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a
full body workout. This class is done in the therapy pool, which helps keeps your joints warm and eases the pain of
common conditions such as arthritis.

Water aerobics uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body, along with light water
weights, to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. No swimming is required.
Vinyasa Yoga (Tues @ 6:10pm; Sat @ 10:00am – Jessi Cole)
This class engages the mind, body, and spirit, using shorter-held positions. The movements in this class are tied
together with your breaths. Modifications given for all fitness levels.
