Habib Gulzar Non-Alcoholic Beverages Company is the official bottler of Coca
Cola in Afghanistan, The company employees are over 500 and labor and is one
of the largest production plants in Afghanistan.
Job Purpose
Positions Name:
- Regional Manager Outstation for Kabul One Position
Responsibilities:
 Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation.
 Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of allocated area.
 Coordinate the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
 Coordinate with distributors in demand generation and execution of demand.
 Liaison with other departments in smooth running of the factory activities.
 Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget.
 Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base.
 Prepare monthly targets for his allotted area; plan and execute the monthly targets as per company
policies and procedures.
 Coordinate with the distributors of his area for the achievements of monthly targets and smooth
functioning of the company activities.
 Plan and initiate daily sales according to the stock position and inform SMM in case of any departmental
mismanagement.
 Monitor and control the distributors and sales team and guide them to the achievement of company
goals.
 Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities
and intellectual property management.
 To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
- Sales Manager: (1 for Kandahar and 1 for Mazar-e-Sharif)
Responsibilities:
 Interacting with Principals for procurement, pricing and marketing strategies etc.
 Effective forecasting of product requirements, order placement, inventory control and contribute actively
to eliminate out of stocks and damages.
 Reporting daily sales with comparisons versus set targets and last year achievements. Continuous
monitoring of the sales results including top line and bottom line achievements on a monthly basis.
 Understanding the market potential, achieving distribution targets and developing the brands
represented by HGI in the market, increasing the market share in a consistent and planned way.
 Developing outlet sales and delivering highest numeric distribution (availability per channel distribution
model) is achieved per category, brand, item and outlet.
 Identifying new marketing channels and developing them.
 Building the business with key customers.
 Conducting quarterly business reviews with key customers.
 Ensuring strict adherence to invoicing and payment procedures for Key customers.
 Forecast, plan & review the resources & assets provided like manpower, sales vans etc. to ensure
utilization to the optimum level.
 Ensuring all staff is equipped with the right skills & knowledge to optimize team as well as individual
performance.
 Directing the Sales Supervisors by defining and communicating sales targets for each Sales Supervisor.
Increasing sales turnover in his area by actively identifying and exploring new business potential in the
area.
 Maintaining good customer relations by solving and / or helping Sales Supervisors to resolve customer
complaints promptly.
 Effectively train and motivate sales and marketing team. Designing an effective incentive scheme to
deliver quality services, attain higher volumes and maintain profitable sales growth.
 Developing the selling abilities of the sales and marketing team through continuous field training and
coaching.
 Make sure all members in the team adhere strictly to policies and quality standards to protect the
company’s trust & goodwill among customers & consumers.


Conduct effective & regular meetings to review performance & provide feedback.
Regular competitor analysis and taking appropriate action for marketing strategies.
- Sales Supervisor: (1 for Kunduz and 1 for Hirat)
Responsibilities:
 Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation with the special
reference to his assigned area.
 Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of his assigned territory.
 Coordinate the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
 Coordinate with pre-sellers of his area in demand generation and execution of demand.
 Guide, control and motivate the pre-sellers, drivers and helpers of his area in day to day affairs for an
effective execution.
 Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget.
 Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base of key accounts through sales
coordinator.
 Visit on daily basis to his assigned area and insure proper supply of product to his market.
 Prepare on daily basis market visit report and submitted to Marketing Services Supervisor.
 Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material of his area and
coordinate with MSS for the supply of the same to the market.
 Monitor and control the pre-sellers and other team members of his area for proper execution.
 Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities
and intellectual property management.
 To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
- Sales Coordinator: (One for each province “Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif, Kunduz, Kandahar, Hirat”)
Responsibilities:
 Plan, organize and execute daily activities of sales department.
 Initiate and coordinate with distributors and other staff for sales demand generation, and coordination
with other departments for execution of the demand.
 Coordinate the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
 Coordinate with quality control regarding consumer response.
 Liaison with other departments in smooth running of the factory activities.
 Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base.
 Coordinate with SMM and other area managers for preparation of monthly targets and distribute the
allocated targets to concern sales staff and distributors.
 Coordinate with the distributors of his area for the achievements of monthly targets and smooth
functioning of the company activities.
 Plan and initiate daily sales according to the stock position and inform SMM in case of any departmental
mismanagement.
 Monitor and control the distributors and sales team and guide them to the achievement of company
goals.
 Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities
and intellectual property management.
 Initiate and help other sales staff in selling through telemarketing and inquiries handling coming through
mail, phone and personal visits.
 Manage the sales coordination office; take care of the office cleanliness, incoming guests, record
keeping and day to day affairs.
 To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
Qualifications:
 Diploma in Marketing Or Business Administration
 At least 2 years of professional experience marketing and sales.
 Be able to speak local languages and fluent English.
 Working experience with any private and production companies
 Computer skill is must.
 Strong management skill.
 Full familiarity with related province market and area.
