Dear Liz,
We recently interviewed three candidates for this position.
We have decided to appoint Barbara Szarmach.
I will briefly describe the candidate's strengths and explain the reasons for our decision.
Strong Sales Ability:
Barbara has consistently delivered outstanding sales results during her tenure as a sales
representative at Fast-Track. Her performance has been the best among her team for the past

Excellent Polish and Russian Language Skills:
Barbara possesses excellent language skills in both Polish and Russian. This linguistic ability

rapport. Additionally, Barbara has good command of English, which will be beneficial for

Considering these strengths, we believe that Barbara Szarmach is the ideal candidate for the
