Project Lead The Way Student Showcase Marble Sorter Rules for POE Showcase Entries Student teams should design a marble sorter using either VEX or Fischertechnik equipment and parts used in their high school’s Principles of Engineering course. The marble sorter will sort a minimum of 10 marbles (minimum of 3 different materials) into different bins. There must be a minimum of 2 marbles of each material. Types of marbles include, but are not limited to: steel, aluminum, clear plastic, opaque plastic, or wood. (One example: 2 steel marbles, 5 wood marbles, 3 opaque plastic marbles.)
