Human Resources Associate
Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing has an immediate opening for a full-time Human
Resources Associate. This position will report to the CFO and assist the company in the
areas of timekeeping, employee data maintenance, coordination of employee benefits,
recruiting and safety efforts for all departments.
Specific job duties will include, but not limited to:









Recruiting (e.g. job postings, career fairs, pre-screen interviews and testing)
New hire process (e.g. orientations, paperwork, personnel files)
Benefits maintenance (e.g. insurance, vacations, FMLA, performance reviews)
Timekeeping and attendance recording
Safety Team member
Government reporting (e.g. Workers Compensation, Unemployment)
Community involvement (e.g. United Way campaign, Economic Development
committee)
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Performs other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or skills:




Associates Degree or related HR work experience
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Accounting background
