The cause of World War II
• World War II was the most deadly fight of all
time (true). It was caused by Adolf Hitler who
wanted to dominate all of Europe. Adolf Hitler
led the Nazi Party of Germany. He wanted his
Nazi Empire to grow bigger so that's why he
wanted to control all of Europe. He invaded a
lot of countries around Germany and when
they invaded Poland, Prime Minister, Neville
Chamberlain declared War!!!!!!

Winston Churchill
• Winston Churchill was the Prime
Minister of Great Britain during World
War II. His full name was Sir Winston
Leonard Spencer-Churchill. He was
born on November 30th 1874 and he died
on January 24th 1965. His mother was
called Lady Randolph Churchill. He was
in the Allies Powers.

Adolf Hitler
• Adolf Hitler was the Fascist Leader of
Nazi Germany (National Socialist
German Workers Party. In German as
Nationalsozialistische Deutshe
Arbeiterpartei) during World War II. He
was born on 20th April 1889 and died on
30th April 1945 when he committed
suicide. He captured and killed 5,500,000
Jews. He was in the Axis Powers.

Evacuation
• In World War II, many people were
evacuated. 827,000 children that gone too
school were evacuated, 524,000 mother’s
and children under 5 were evacuated,
13,000 pregnant women were evacuated,
7,000 disabled people were evacuated
and 103,000 teacher’s and TA’s were
evacuated. One evacuation during World
War II had Winston Churchill’s famous
phrase, “We will never surrender!”
