The system allows for automation after sample lysis
via Hamilton STAR™, Thermo KingFisher™ Flex, Applied
Biosystems® MagMAX™, Qiagen BioSprint, and other
liquid handling instruments.
E-Z 96 Disruptor Plus plates are included within the kit
for simutanious homogenization and lysis of sample
kit. The unique buffer system does not require alcohol
to bind nucleic acids those allow for high-quality DNA/
RNA free of PCR inhibitors. The entire procedure can
be completed in less than 60 minutes for 96-samples.

and reliable isolation of high-quality host genomic
DNA, gram positive and negative bacterial DNA ,
