have died during the following pregnancy and
childbirth.
Sad Reality:
99% of Maternal Deaths occur in Africa, Asia
and Latin America.
About one fourth of it occurs in India
15% of pregnant women will face sudden
and life threatening complications

predicted or prevented but almost can be saved
with effective and timely treatment

passing away if they make the facilities and
treatment available accessible to all pregnant
