Invoices will be due at net thirty (30) days of receipt.
Companies that pay an annual fee will receive a $500 savings off the month to month billing rate.
Companies that pay monthly may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, with no further obligation.
Enable America may cancel at any time, upon 30 days’ written notice to company. In the event of cancellation by Enable
America, any subscription funds not used will be refunded to company on a pro rata basis.
Enable America shall not be liable for any typographical errors, incorrect insertions, incorrect positions or omissions in
company advertising, artwork or job-related information.
In no event will Enable America be liable to the other party for any consequential, indirect, special, incidental or punitive
damages, regardless of the form of action, whether in agreement, tort, or otherwise.
All services under this agreement are provided “As Is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but
not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk of as to the
quality and performance of the service is with company.
In no event will Enable America be liable to the company for damages, including any general, special, incidental,
consequential or punitive damages, regardless of the form of action, whether in agreement, tort or otherwise, arising out of
the use or inability to use the service described herein.
