The ICT GmbH is a subsidiary of Applied Materials Inc., and has been focusing for
over 20 years on designing, developing and producing Particle Beam Systems for
Critical Dimension Measurement (Metrology) and process control in the
semiconductor industry.
To support our Research and Development Team in the area of E-beam metrology
and E-beam inspection, we are now looking for a :
R&D Development Engineer (m/f)
Based in Heimstetten (Munich)
Your challenge:


Development of electron beam systems for advanced wafer inspection
systems
Coordinating and performing experiments in complex mechanical and
electrical development environments
Your profile:








University degree (TH, FH) in physics, electrical engineering or
comparable disciplines
Practical experience in the design, evaluation and operation of analytical
systems applying particle beams, in particular electron beams
Systematical and analytical working skills
Interest in performing experimental evaluations and solving physical tasks
Team player with flexibility and sensitivity in dealing with internal and
external partners
Experienced user of MS office tools
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel, as required
