Christ- from the Greek word “

Resurrection- the rising of Jesus

“One Sent out” and the Hebrew
term “Siliah” meaning “ one who
is to complete the task or acts in
the place of the sender” They
give witness to the resurrection

Disciple- from Latin “discipulus”
meaning “student” . A term for
any student or follower of a
particular teacher.


Testament- an agreement or last will
Gospel- from the Old English
“godspel” meaning “good news” .
The good news of what God has
done in and through Jesus and the
Cross.

one of the founders
of the ancient Hebrew families
