
Department of clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacology (CPP) R & D (October 2010 to March 2011) Developed a
buffer system for liquid chromatographic isolation of anti-hyperlipidimic drug metabolites in plasma. Performed
liquid chromatography mass spectrometry on purified samples.

Worked on method validation & sample processing of drugs, calibration of various instruments, analytical balance,
PH meter, repiter, Pipette calibration, documentation of parameter used in processing, selection of Mobile phase,
selection of column.
