 Access badge for HF can be obtained from security in ER lobby

Parking Passes (Holy Family, SHMC, Outpatient centers)

Network Access
 Network login information will be set up for you by the Help Desk (Nuvodia)
o Used to access the following:
 Computer log in (unless using department log in)
 Connections, Intellispace, WebMail, Medicalis, Viewpoint,
QGenda, Kronos
 Department Log-in
o Username (by site): SCUS, HFUS, VCUS, VPUS
o Password: UScore## (changes periodically)
Intellispace – PACS (network login)
 Contact Help Desk (Nuvodia) to request access
 Set up filters
Medicalis – patient tracking (network login)
 Contact Help Desk (Nuvodia) to request access (model after Randy Paul)
 Set up site schedules and filters
Viewpoint – OB reporting (network login)
 Contact Help Desk (Nuvodia) to request access
 Set up folders
Webmail – email (network login)
