Antiseptic soap for hands, forearms and body
PROPERTIES
Skin-protecting,
antiseptic soap for
hygienic and pre-surgical
washing of hands,
forearms and body.
Ideal for continuous
washes.
Does not become inactive
in the presence of
organic matter.
– Rapid and complete disinfection of hands, forearms and body.
– High microbiological effectiveness and a broad spectrum of action:
• Bactericide
• Fungicide
• Viricide
• Mycobactericide
• Highly active against multi-resistant bacteria, both gram + and gram(Acinetobacter, Clostridium, Klebsiella, etc.)
– Complete elimination of epidemic outbreaks of nosocomial infections.
– Prolonged residual effect.
– pH 5.5, dermatologically proven.
– Maintains the acid coating of the skin: hydrates, protects and cares for the
skin. Adapted to frequent washes due its mildness and protective effect.
– It does not cause dermal or ocular sensitivity or irritation. It is not harmful
if swallowed or inhaled or due to contact with the skin. It is not carcinogenic or teratogenic, or toxic to the environment.
COMPOSITION
2-butanone peroxide (2%).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Washing and disinfection of the hands: Apply at least 3 ml of product on previously moistened hands. Thoroughly impregnate the surface of the hands by
rubbing them for 1 minute. Rinse with water and dry completely using a disposable towel. Use the towel to shut off the faucet.

Surgical washing of hands and forearms: Apply at least 10 ml of product on
previously moistened hands and forearms. Thoroughly impregnate the surface
by rubbing for 3 minutes. Brush nails. Rinse with water and dry completely
using a disposable towel. Use the towel to shut off the faucet.
Washing and disinfection of the body: Apply 15 ml of product on a clean and
dry sponge. Rub gently on the body for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and dry
completely using a clean towel.

SCIENTIFIC STUDIES PERFORMED
All the tests of activity, effectiveness and toxicity to which the active ingredient has been subjected are specified below:
• Determination of bactericidal activity under dirty conditions,
standard UNE-EN-1276 (phase 2/step 1). Quantitative suspension test for
evaluating the bactericidal activity of chemical antiseptics and disinfectants.
• Determination of fungicidal activity under dirty conditions,
standard UNE-EN-1650 (phase 2/step 1). Quantitative suspension test for
evaluating the fungicidal activity of chemical antiseptics and disinfectants.
• Determination of viricidal activity,
standard E-1053-97 of the ASTM.
• Determination of mycobactericidal activity,
standard UNE-EN-14348 (phase 2/step 1).
• Test of acute dermal irritation,
(Draize skin test, Acute Dermal Irritation), EPA standard (United States
Environmental Protection Agency) 712-C-98-196-Prevention, Pesticides and
Toxic Substances 7101-Health Effects Test Guidelines. OPPTS 870.2500-Acute
Dermal Irritation, showing no signs of skin erythema or edema.
• Test of acute ocular irritation,
EPA standard OPPTS 870.2400-Acute Ocular Irritation, not showing the existence of any type of irritation on the cornea, iris and conjunctiva.
