Thank you for checking out RESCUE UPSTREAM. Our ability to impact lives
through education, awareness and outreach relies so much on our
volunteer network. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you in person
about how you can play a role in helping us stop human trafficking. Training
will be provided.
Volunteer Position- Community Awareness Ambassador
To create awareness regarding RESCUE UPSTREAM initiatives and issues of
human trafficking in the local community. This can include: Rescue
Upstream table before and after church services and/or participation at
community events.
Qualifications/Skills: Females/Males with good people/networking skills.
Volunteer Position- Fundraiser Coordinator
To help raise money for RESCUE UPSTREAM and other anti-human trafficking
partners. This can include activities such as: donation collection and silent
auction events.
Qualifications/Skills: Females/Males with good people/networking and
organizational skills.
Volunteer Position -Social Media and/or Tech Coordinator
Position Description: Use technical skills to assist at community presentation
events for RESCUE UPSTREAM. Use social media skills to support effective
promotion of RESCUE UPSTREAM and human trafficking issues on Facebook
and Twitter.
Qualifications/Skills: Females/Males with multimedia technical skills.
Experience/familiarity with social media marketing.
Volunteer Position – Outreach/Mentoring to At-Risk Youth
Runaway youth are a target for traffickers and trafficked children often
recruit other youth. Reach at-risk teens through creative outreach and
mentoring at local group shelters. Be a tangible expression of Christ to
young ladies who have most likely never known a healthy relationship or the
real meaning of love and life.
Qualifications/Skills: Females with a commitment to prayer who are not
easily intimidated and not afraid of rejection. This requires a one year
commitment. Background check required.
Volunteer Position – Hospitality
To provide a warm and friendly atmosphere at various RESCUE UPSTREAM
events. This can include greeting guests, and the preparation and serving of
refreshments.
Qualifications/Skills: Females/Males that are warm, friendly, and enjoy
serving others
Volunteer Position –Epic Beauty/Epic Arrangements Outreach Ambassador
“Epic Beauty” is a coalition of women committed to addressing the unique
needs of women in the adult entertainment industry and women in crisis. “Epic
Arrangements” is a floral design studio in West Palm Beach specializing in
contemporary, upscale, floral design with a purpose! Opportunities include:




Intercessory Prayer
Weekly Street Outreach
Collect/Donate items used for street/strip club outreach
Flower Delivery
