Disclaimer and Disclosure
I am not a licensed physician. For
conditions that normally require the services
of a physician, you are urged to consult with
one. Do not reduce or change your
medications without consulting your
physician first. (Example: Hypertension.)
Ask you doctor before starting these
programs.
If you are injured in a car accident or
experience other trauma, you need the
best medical care available. Not an
ND or DC or nutritionist. But in many
other situations, standard medical care
may not be the best approach.
It is a good idea to learn how to avoid
excessive medical care!
After the age of 50:
The average American is diagnosed with an
additional disease every five years.
Each new disease will require an average of
two additional medications.
This is how older people can end up with
dozens of pill bottles.
Standard of Care
Standard of care is the diagnostic
and treatment procedure that a
prudent physician would follow for
a given illness and patient.
Standard of care concepts have
been heavily influenced by drug
companies.
Deviation is the basis of
malpractice lawsuits and can lead
to loss of license and/or criminal
charges.
Study Published in 1998
Correctly prescribed medications
are approximately the fifth leading
cause of death in America.
(This ignores the fact that most
cancer deaths are actually a result
of prescribed medications.)
Study Published in 2000
Two years later, in 2000, writers of
another JAMA article calculated
that medical treatment was the
third leading cause of death in
America.
The author is Dr. Barbara Starfield of the Johns Hopkins School of
Hygiene and Public Health and she describes how the US health care
system may contribute to poor health.
ALL THESE ARE DEATHS PER YEAR:
•12,000 -- unnecessary surgery
•7,000 -- medication errors in hospitals
•20,000 -- other errors in hospitals
•80,000 -- infections in hospitals
•106,000 -- non-error, negative effects of drugs
These total to 225,000 deaths per year from iatrogenic (physician
produced) causes!
Journal American Medical Association July 26, 2000;284(4):483-5
Of 13 countries in a recent comparison, the United States
ranked an average of 12th (second from the bottom) for 16
health indicators. Some examples are:
•13th (last) for infant mortality
•11th for life expectancy at 1 year for females, 12th for males
•10th for life expectancy at 15 years for females, 12th for
males
•10th for life expectancy at 40 years for females, 9th for males
And yet Americans currently spend
1.6 trillion ($1,600,000,000,000.00)
per year on medical care.
This figure is expected to double in
the next ten years.
Study Published in 2003
In 2003 a group of physicians and
researchers calculated that medical
treatment is actually the leading
cause of death in America.

ABSTRACT
A definitive review and close reading of medical peer-review
journals, and government health statistics shows that American
medicine frequently causes more harm than good. The number of
people having in-hospital, adverse drug reactions (ADR) to prescribed
medicine is 2.2 million. (1) Dr. Richard Besser, of the CDC, in 1995,
said the number of unnecessary antibiotics prescribed annually for
viral infections was 20 million. Dr. Besser, in 2003, now refers to tens
of millions of unnecessary antibiotics. (2, 2a) The number of
unnecessary medical and surgical procedures performed annually is
7.5 million. (3) The number of people exposed to unnecessary
hospitalization annually is 8.9 million. (4) The total number of
iatrogenic deaths shown in the following table is 783,936. It is evident
that the American medical system is the leading cause of death and
injury in the United States. The 2001 heart disease annual death rate is
699,697; the annual cancer death rate, 553,251. (5)

Sine Versus Square
Use square/rectangular waves
below 10000 Hz. Harmonics do
most or all of the work.
You can use sine waves for Clark
frequencies and original Rife
frequencies (80,000 Hz and up).
Improving Results
1. Use DC Offset (like a zapper):
F-SCAN, BK4040A, F165,
EMEM in contact mode.
2. Use high voltage: GB4000,
EMEM in contact mode.
3. High power magnetic fields:
Doug device.
4. Use radio frequencies:
BK4040A, F165, GB4000, FSCAN, Rife-Bare (especially OM1, PERL and IR/BPT-500), EMEM
with spark gap.
5. For localized problems, apply
contacts as close as possible to
each side of the area.
6. Gate (pulse) frequencies.
Sweeping and Gating
Fast sweeps versus slow sweeps.
Increment when sweeping audio
frequencies. (2876.9765 for
11,780,000, use 0.01 or smaller.)
Gating: 4 Hz, 10 Hz, 64 Hz.
Using Gating and Sweeping
Together
If you pulse a frequency that is also
sweeping, you will miss the whole
point of the sweep because many of
the desired frequencies will run
during the period when the signal is
off.
How Often to Treat Yourself
Cancer patients often treat daily.
Caution: Brain and lung tumors.
Caution: Lyme disease patients
may not be able to treat more
often than once a week even if
they have cancer too.
How long to run each frequency:
Cancer patients often run 2008 and 2128
for an hour or more each per day.
Caution: Lung and brain tumor patients
may have to limit treatment to 15 minutes
or less per frequency to prevent fluid
buildup or excess swelling. Tumors often
swell before they shrink.
Parasites: Consider running each parasite
frequency for 3-5 minutes once or twice a
month. Yes, it will take a while to do this!
Caution: If Lyme disease is present or
possibly present, consider starting with one
or a few frequencies and very short run
times. For example, one frequency for one
minute, or a dozen frequencies for 10
seconds each. Increase run times and
number of frequencies gradually.
Stainless and Copper Contacts
To reduce absorption of metals
from hand or foot contacts, cover
contacts with a damp piece of
cotton cloth. A piece of an old
sheet or white tee-shirt works fine.
Consider titanium or carbon
contacts.

“Scalar Octaves”
The octave method works well.
There are reports that “scalar
octaves” work even better.
Multiply or divide the original
frequency by exp3, exp6 or exp9.

High Frequency Experiments
Prostate cancer patient LD, moderate BX virus
score of about 90 points measured with an
Abrams radionics device.
Applied 11,780,000 for 20 minutes a day with
a BK4040A, sine wave, 20 volts.
After one week, the BX level was almost
down to zero. This is the fastest decrease that I
have seen. The usual decrease is 10 points or
less per month. The patient is fine years later.
Lady From Korea
A cancer patient was brought to Seattle from
Korea. She had cancer in the right breast, right
lung, and numerous tumors in her bones. She
could not walk and she was heavily medicated
for pain. She could not take supplements or even
fluids due to nausea. Her right shoulder was
frozen. Radionics showed BY (sarcoma) virus.
Her husband treated her six hours a day with a
BK4040A on 11,430,000 and EMEM3 on 2008.
After one week, she was pain free, and able to
take supplements.
After one month, her BY virus score was zero,
and she had full movement of her frozen
shoulder. We went out for a Korean dinner to
celebrate.
She went back to Korea. Her doctors told her
that she was now strong enough for some real
treatment……..

Skin Cancers
We are getting reports that people
are scanning from 11,779,700 to
11,780,300 with a step size of 10.
They treat the peaks. Results are
excellent. Try a sweep.

Leukemia Patient CW
White blood cells high.
Platelets 7000. Normal is

Two weeks to live…
Parkinson’s
A practitioner in Oregon was treating a bedridden lady with Parkinson’s. In Dr. Clark’s
Cure for all Diseases he discovered that
Parkinson’s could be caused by nocardia
asteroides. He took Dr. Clark’s frequency and
divided it by 2 several times so he could apply it
with a radiant device. The patient is now driving
again.
Others recover with parasite and brucellosis
treatment.
Patient VB
Patient VB had carcinoma of the breast.
She used an EMEM of device along with
the BX-1.
The tumor continued to grow and became
inflamed……
Patient CM
Patient CM had prostate cancer with difficulty
in urination, PSA of 140.
A scan found several frequencies which were
applied with a radiant device.
Five days later, the urine flow was normal and
the PSA dropped to 90.
Two months later, the PSA was <2.0
Man from BC
There was a tumor on the neck the size of
half a medium orange. He had a biopsy and
the diagnosis was carcinoma. He used an
plasma device but the tumor continued to
grow and became very painful….
Leukemia
RK has CLL leukemia. His white blood cell
count was 250,000. This is about 20 times the
top end of the normal range.
He decided to use a herbal anti-viral, a multivitamin, flax oil and low fat cottage cheese, and
the “Jimmy” frequencies.
After six weeks, his white blood cell count had
dropped to 16,000. His physician said that his
medical palliative treatment had not done this.
Patient JL
JL had numerous tumors in many parts of
his body, along with a dysaerobic
imbalance:
Urine pH was low with high specific
gravity.
Surface tension was very low.
Saliva pH was high.
Dysaerobic Imbalance
Urine pH acid – often 6.0 or less
Urine specific gravity high – 1.020 or more
Urine surface tension low (oxidized fats)
Saliva pH alkaline – often 6.8 or higher
Anaerobic Imbalance
Urine pH high – often 6.8 or higher
Urine specific gravity low – often 1.010 or less
Urine surface tension high
Saliva pH acid – often 6.0 or less
Patient HS
A doctor had been sick for several
weeks with respiratory symptoms. A
scan found many frequencies including
827,000, 828,000 and 829,000. These
frequencies were applied using a contact
device. The doctor coughed up large
amounts of material and was well
immediately.
Patient JN
Patient JN had a large mass under his left jaw.
It had been growing for months and the patient
now could no longer eat and spoke with
difficulty.
He was examined by an M.D. who told him
that the base of the tongue and salivary glands
were involved in the inflammation. He
recommended immediate surgery and biopsy.
JN chose not to have surgery due to a previous
bad experience.
Patient JN
The patient used a homemade Rife-Bare
device to apply frequencies.
The next day, he began to spit out pinkish pus
and the mass began to shrink. The mass is
now gone.
Patient PT
Patient PT had hepatitis C with a viral load
of over 9,000,000.
Frequencies from a scanner along with
frequencies from a list were applied using a
plasma device. Five days later, the viral
count was 1,000,000.
Patient JS
JS has pulmonary fibrosis of unknown
cause. Prognosis was hopeless. His lungs
made crinkling sounds and his oxygen
saturation was low. A very unpleasant
death was just a matter of time.
He used a scanning device to find and
apply frequencies….
Patient LB
LB has rheumatoid arthritis and was sent
by a foundation as a test case. She had to
be taken to the bathroom in a wheelchair.
She also has diabetes.
A scanner got hits around 380,000 Hz.
Degenerated Hips
Several people with degenerated hip joints
were considering hip replacement surgery.
The were scanned from 50,000-1,000,000
Hz and the frequencies that were found
were applied.
All reported that they are symptom free.
Patient QH
QH ate undercooked shrimp --> sick for 20 years.
She had a large worm in her intestines and could
feel it moving around.
A scanner found frequencies that were applied
with a plasma device.
The worm thrashed around and died. She passed
a 30 inch, 1 inch diameter worm. She also passed
several kilograms of matter.
Patient CH
CH had a breast cancer tumor. She decided to
use a “Doug” large coil device at 2128 Hz. She
found that 7 amps of current produced pain in
the tumor. She used about 3 amps the first day.
Two days later she could tolerate 4 amps. She
gradually worked up to 7 amps of current.
After 2 weeks of treatment there was no
detectable tumor.
EMEM Developments
Many of the EMEM devices use two ignition coils
wired in parallel – both negatives are hooked
together, both positives are hooked together, and
both high voltage outputs are hooked together.
Tom Harelson’s experiments:
