This report provides a detailed Trial Balance on the ITD+ADJ timespan by account for
all funds by business unit. The displayed report business unit columns are calculated
totals of the hidden columns that reference each of the funds. The pattern of columns is
repeated for each of the HCSD business units. The first hidden column references the
ACTUALS ledger, ITD+ADJ timespan, Posted Total Amount, the business unit, and the
fund UNRESTRICTED from the FUNDROLLUP tree. The next column references the
HCSD_ACCRU ledger, Posted Total Amount, ITD+ADJ timespan, business unit, and the
HCSD_OPERATING_ACCRU fund. The next column totals the two previous column.
The next column specifies the criteria of ACTUALS ledger, Posted Total Amount,
ITD+ADJ timespan, business unit, and RESTRICTED_FUND from the FUNDROLLUP
tree. The following column references the HCSD_ACCRU ledger, ITD+ADJ timespan,
business unit, Posted Total Amount and the fund HCSD_RF1_ACCRUAL. Next is a total
column for the funds. Following these columns are columns that reference the
ACTUALS ledger, Posted Total Amount, ITD+ADJ timespan, business unit and the
RESTRICTED_BUDGETED fund. The next column specifies the ITD+ADJ timespan,
HCSD_ACCRU ledger, Posted Total Amount, business unit, and the fund
HCSD_RF2_ACCRUAL. The next hidden column is a total for these funds. The final
column per business unit is the displayed column that totals the fund columns. The rows
of the report are accounts nploded to all detail values. The report includes two push
button macros to open the hidden columns or close the columns once displayed.
